Kino
DECIBEL
Kino is a 3D printed dining chair that draws from two cornerstones of modern industrial design: honesty and purpose.
Its form arises from an exploration of what materials and manufacturing processes can offer, embracing the idea that honesty
lies in the seamless integration of materiality and function. There is nothing superfluous in its design language. Any observer
can recognize the classic silhouette of a chair, yet Kino reinterprets it through the distinctive aesthetic of 3D-printed furniture.
Its structure is defined by a cantilevered seat and the surface beneath it, which serves as a small storage area or a support
for decorative elements, reinforcing the unity between form and use.
